BJCHI held 2025 Annual General Meeting on 22 April 2025 at the Company’s head office, Rayong by Electronic Meeting (E-AGM). There were 28 shareholders attending the Meeting representing 1,182,983,625 shares or 73.95% of total issued shares of the Company, at the commencement of the meeting.
