BJCHI is strongly confident that good management process with transparency and international standard will enhance our competitive landscape which in turn makes BJCHI to be more accredited locally and internationally.\u00a0 This is one of the most important factors to reach the business goals, increase the Company\u2019s value and create long-term sustainable growth.\u00a0 This will also help to build confidence of shareholders, investors and stakeholders which all are expected to receive equitable treatment and then build up BJCHI\u2019s image.<\/span><\/p>\n

BJCHI has improved good corporate governance policy in order for Directors, executives and all employees to take it into practices in accordance with the good corporate governance guideline of the Stock Exchange of Thailand as well as international practice tradition and various relevant laws.<\/span><\/p>\n
